The courses offered by the Pacific Institute of Defensive Tactics are certified as variable courses. Thus the number of hours for each course may vary depending upon the needs of the audience. PIDT offers standard courses throughout the year at it’s training center in Soquel, California. PIDT also provides training open to the law enforcement community and for specific agencies at locations throughout the State. PIDT can tailor most courses to fit the specific needs of an individual agency. Most courses have been developed and certified to meet the requirements of the Perishable Skills Program.
